What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy only applies to how JUDD deals with
your personal information received by JUDD. It does not
apply to any company outside the JUDD group or to any

JUDD or through the Website. If you disclose your

group, your information will be dealt with according to

In particular, we may from time to time use a payment
agent, PayPal, for the payment aspects of transactions
between you and JUDD. Where you provide personal
information to PayPal as part of a transaction with us,
you will be doing so on the PayPal website and not on
the Website and as such you are not providing such
personal information to us. In such circumstances we do
not store or have access to such personal information
and the information is dealt with and protected
according to the privacy practices and data security
systems and encryption arrangements of PayPal and not
JUDD.

If you purchase Product from us or create an account on
the Website, including an account as a User (as defined
in the Terms and Conditions) we and/or our payment agent
PayPal may ask you to fill out a form that requests a
variety of personal information such as: your full name,
address, telephone number, e-mail address, and current
credit card information (including full name, billing
address, credit card number, expiry date and CVC number)
for a valid credit card that you are authorised to use.
Also, while using the Website or services associated
